Ordering ahead
We hold loaves until eleven. Anything not collected goes back on the shelf.
Ordering ahead is a phone call, not a form. We write it in the book by the till and hold it until eleven, after which it goes back on the shelf — a held loaf that nobody collects is a loaf somebody else wanted at eight.
For anything above six loaves, two days’ notice, because the overnight dough is mixed to a quantity the night before and cannot be stretched in the morning.
